      Journalism Jobs - December 6

PFJ has advertised on the Guardian jobsite for a online copywriting assistant for a travel website (20-25k).

The Guardian website is looking for a business reporter.

On Journalism.co.uk, Clark White's mobile publications are looking for a subeditor. The Global Legal Group is looking for a production editor (25k). Public Affairs News needs an editor (28k). And there're some good European and regional jobs up, too.

Gumtree has a strange sounding video editor job. And Global Business Reports is again advertising for business reporeters to travel around ten months of the year and write country-specific reports.

On Craigslist, yet another new magazine -- this one about "haute lifestyle" -- is looking for contributors (unpaid). I'm going to start keeping track of all the shiny new projects people post on Craigslist and Gumtree.

The Careers Group has a part-time job at a media website (9/hour).

      . . .

Congrats to Chris, who got a job via this site: "I’ve applied for two jobs from the site and was successful for one which has got me my first real taste of journalism (a screening) and I’m going to do a review for them on Thursday, so I’d just like to say thanks!"
