      Journalism Jobs - November 9

On the Guardian today, recruiter Formula Won is looking for a news editor (£30k) for an insurance B2B. Orange are looking for an experienced online subeditor (£33k). Recruiters Inspired selection are looking for comissioning editors.

Publishing company McGraw-Hill are looking for reporting interns and have several other business journalism positions as well.

On Journalism.co.uk, an overseas property magazine needs an assistant editor. An energy markets publisher needs a DTP editor -- which I just learned means "desktop publishing."

If you speak Arabic, the BBC's new Arabic channel needs researchers. If you do have such language skills, they'll be looking for people in the coming months.

Recruiters PFJ have advertised on Press Gazette for a features writer (£24k) for a property publication and a reporter (£21k) on a weekly finance magazine.

Oh, and this one's shiny -- I'm starting to really love HoldtheFrontPage. They've got an advert from the wonderfully-named Press Gang News, a London-based news/features agency, who are looking for senior/junior reporters and photographers.

Still on the lovely HtFP, something called London Media Press are looking for full-time and freelance photographers. On the LMP website, they say they're always looking for reporters, too.

Haymarket needs a features editor for Conference and Incentive Travel, and also a community editor for Brand Republic's website.

JobSite has an ad from a media monitoring agency, which needs two early-morning readers (£15k) and a reading editor (£17k).

I'm wondering where all the Arabic Managing Editors are? Look at this job for a Newsroom Managing Editor for Middle East News. How do I get a job like this? http://www.filcro.com/MiddleEast/html/the_arabic_newsroom.html If I could read and write Arabic I could do this.
