      Sky needs a new media editor. King's College needs a writer for their communications department (23-33k). A research firm is looking for a researcher/writer (£23-30k).

      Illustrated book publisher Quintet needs an editor with two years' experience.

      Union Press are looking for a chief subeditor. Building Design magazine need a subeditor for four days a week.

      Recruiters PFJ are looking to fill positions as a subeditor on a food magazine (25-27k) and a reporter (18-19k) on an engineering magazine.

      TMN are looking for a deputy features editor for a fashion retail weekly (up to 27k). They also have a job for a reporter on a business weekly (18-24k).

      And the Media Guardian Edinburgh Television Festival is looking for an editorial coordinator (21-24k).

      On Journalism.co.uk, Crain Communications needs a technical reporter -- if you're into polymers, that'd be a good thing. And a customer publisher needs a deputy editor and is looking for freelancers.

      Total Jobs has an advert for an opinions editor for New Scientist.

      On Gumtree, EMMA online are looking for writers/researchers (unpaid).

      Craigslist has an advert for writers for some site called crumbsformen.com (pay looks unlikely/tbd).

      At New Media Age, some ITV website needs assistant editors.

      LondonCareers.net has an advert for an assistant internet editor for some big newspaper, via PFJ.

      BBC needs an assistant content producer (you'll need some techy skills).

      Emap's WGSN fashion B2B needs an assistant editor and Bliss needs a beauty editor.
