      Journalism Jobs - August 14

It's Monday, so a few on the Guardian jobsite... Two very cool ones from a group called Children's Express. They need a journalist and a part-time journalist to work alongside kids as they put together publications and broadcasts (£20-22k).

Nature is looking for a managing subeditor. A global publishing house needs administrative assistants. A different publishing firm require an assistant web editor. And yet another is looking for a web assistant.

The Folio Society needs an editorial/rights assistant. John Brown Publishing is looking for a picture researcher.

Magazine firm BH Publishing has a job for an editorial assistant: "great opportunity for 1st/2nd jobber."

A Japanese newspaper needs a researcher and the Science Photo Library is looking for a science grad for a job writing captions.

And the Guardian itself needs a senior reporter and a production editor.

On Journalism.co.uk, something called Playstation Project (a new launch?) is looking for editors, ect, based in Bath.

The South London Press has advertised on Holdthefrontpage for a senior reporter.

Craigslist has a job for translators from English to Spanish, Italian, Russian and Japanese. And online London magazine needs humour writers.
