A new music magazine needs writers. No idea if it pays or not.

On Press Gazette, News of the World is advertising a graphic arts scholarship, a two-year, paid program, where you'll learn page layout and web design as well as basic news room operations. Deadline is August 11, 2006. And the Press Association is looking for production journalists and a personal finance correspondent.

The Online Sun has a job opening for a sports journalist.

JobsIn has a posting for a layout subeditor for an insurance magazine. On JobSite, a tech publisher needs an online reporter with a year's experience (£22k-25k) and a telecoms newsletter needs a reporter with two year's experience (£20-25k).

On Journalism.co.uk, an electricity trading market newsletter needs an editor with two year's experience.

Gumtree has a job from something called St James House, who are looking for an editor with three year's experience (£23-28k).

On the Guardian, a pharmaceutical magazine needs an assistant editor with three year's experience (£23-26k). The Royal Society is looking for a production editor (£25-28k).

And if that's not enough jobs, check out the sources on the company and recruiters pages. Have a good weekend...
