      Job Update - July 4

On the Guardian, an investment publication has a posting for a trainee financial journalist. No experience required, but the pay is crap (£13-15k) especially for that sector...

If you're into radio and want to live somewhere with nice weather, Power FM station in Tenerife is looking for trainee presenters.

On Jobsite, there're postings for an IT reporter (£25k) for a website and a financial reporter (£25k) for a weekly.

On Gumtree, the Sherlock Holmes Museum has again reposted their ad for a tour guide/publications assistant (£8/hr).

And on Craigs List, there's a slightly sketchy sounding posting for a fashion/pop culture blog, paying £500 month for a freelance writer.

Emap need a news editor and features writer (three days a week) for Drapers.

Nature has a ton of postings for editors and such with biomedical knowledge, as well as an assistant production editor.

Gumtree may be a more valuable place for job searches than the guardian now, at least for entry level positions.
