      Job Update - June 9

On the Guardian, Recruit Media is looking for a assistant editor for a medical publication. Must have 18 months' related experience (£23k).

The good people at Journalism.co.uk have posted several cool sounding new jobs. Newsquest needs freelance financial writers, while the Daily Mail website is looking for freelance journalists and picture editors. A "monthly lifestyle magazine based in Worthing, West Sussex" needs an editorial assistant/staff writer for a graduate with a year's experience.

There're so many on Press Gazzette, I can't keep them straight. I'll leave that to you, as usual.

And on Jobsite, there's a posting for an editor for some media monitoring group. You need "German and French with additional Spanish or Italian a benefit" for £18k a year...

Well, it's warm and sunny out... so I'm gonna go outside instead of sitting in front of a computer. You should too...
