      Job Roundup - June 8

On the Guardian jobsite, there're two medical-related jobs up, so if you're a doctor who's always dreamed of reporting, it's your lucky day. Recruiters Reilly need a medical assistant editor/reporter (£23-25) and Contact Media need an assistant editor (£23). Of course, based on the description, it's the same job. (Inspired Selection also has this job posted...)

On Holdthefrontpage.co.uk, Newsquest need a chief reporter for their Wandsworth newspapers. Not exactly entry level, but worth a look anyway.

And recruiters Online Content (I'll add them to the recruiters' page) has two openings for web editors/web writers for a government pensions department (look under their online journalism jobs heading).

On Gumtree, the Sherlock Holmes Museum have again posted the job for the Victorian magazine thing (£10/hour). There's probably a joke here about how they need a detective to find someone for them, but I'm gonna avoid it...

On Monster, MSN Shopping needs an online editor with two to five years' experience. Need some techie skills for that one. And VNUnet needs a correspondent/reporter with two+ years' experience. And Finextra needs a junior reporter.

And on journalismjobs.com, there's an interesting sounding long-term internship for Atlantic Affairs.
