      Journalism Jobs - September 1

On the Guardian jobsite, recruiters Inspired Selection are looking for a production assistant. As does a North London Jewish newspaper.

Journalism.co.uk has one from The World of Food Ingredients for an editorial assistant -- must have a "European language", other than English, presumably. And McGraw-Hill need a markets reporter.

On Press Gazette, a newspaper in the Cayman Islands needs staff writers. Sounds good to me. See you on the beach?

Total Jobs has an advert for a junior staff writer for businessy type stuff (20k).

And lots of good regional entry-level jobs on Holdthefrontpage...

My shiny new flat fell thru... owing to landlord insanity. So more flathunting this weekend... Hope your weekend is more interesting than mine!

Oh dear! I hope you manage to sort another flat out quickly. In two weeks I will officially be homeless, I'm getting closer and closer to finding a job but until then I'll be sofa-surfing.
