      Journalism Jobs - March 26

On Hold the Front Page, Insurance Times needs an editor.

Over on Journalism.co.uk, CMP need an assistant web editor for a security web site and an assistant editor for Building Services Journal. Emap's Health Services Journal is looking for a subeditor. Recruiters Formula Won are looking for an assistant editor (£24k). A few good Rest of the UK jobs on that site, too.

On the guardian jobsite, UNICEF need a web editor. Some finance publishers need an ambitious editor, but then who ever advertised for a slacker?

E! Entertainment needs an office assistant. Nature needs a subeditor.

Legal publishers Chambers need writers/researchers who speak French. Some other place needs a layout subeditor.

Caspian have an opening for an editor on a financial B2B.

This is super shiny: the fantabulous Big Issue -- buy one every thursday or you're a jerk -- needs an assistant editor (£23-25k).

PFJ are looking for a technology subeditor and a reporter at an automotive B2B -- good for recent grads.

The Guardian itself seems to be expanding it's online video and audio content (ie, podcasts). It is looking for audio producers and video producers, as well as a head of video and a head of audio.

On Craigslist, some book needs a travel editor. There's more detail in the advert, I'm just lazy.

Over at Newsquest, some east London weekly papers are looking for a trainee reporter. HF's Red needs a features editor. An IPC photo mag is looking for a trainee technical writer.

Emap's Materials Recycling Week needs a reporter while Mother and Baby need a staff writer.

If you missed Gorkana's new jobs on Friday, what have you been doing all weekend, eh? There're so many up there I can't keep track of what's new, but I'll draw your attention to Orange, who need freelancers for their web portal.

I'm jetting -- er, eurostarring -- off the Paris this week, so you'll have to look for your own damn jobs... until Friday, that is. If you just can't wait until then, check out the companies, recruiters and listings pages on this site or see my del.icio.us page for a few more bookmarks.

Hey, I just discovered your blog. How fabulous!
Plenty of career karma should be coming your way - thanks for posting these detailed listings (have you ever read ed2010 btw?)

In the meantime, is anyone else having problems loading Natmags and Haymarket's sites?

I haven't been able to get on them for a fortnight now and am terrified I'll miss out on all the decent job postings!
