      Journalism Jobs - March 19

Happy Monday! On Gumtree, some dude is looking for a student to help him create content for a global warming website. And a Polish newspaper needs an editor.

Over on journalism.co.uk, Informa need an assistant editor for their cable department, while Crain need a technical reporter for polymers mags. Recruiter Formula Won are looking for a digital content journalist/feature writer. Nursing Times needs a reporter.

On the Guardian jobsite, the Guardian itself needs a comment editor. NatMags Reveal needs a deputy celebrity editor. Dennis' Men's Fitness is looking for a staff writer.

Hayward Medical need a subeditor, while Quatro are looking for a production assistant.

Wedding TV needs a web content editor.

Health research firm Dr Foster need researchers, journalists and a health editor. Law's Business Research needs a trainee news reporter. And someone else needs a social housing journalist.

An investment magazine is looking for a subeditor.

Time Out is looking for a deputy editor -- you'll have to know your shit for this one.

Titan need an editor for their Bratz magazine and another editor for their preschooler magazines.

French Property News -- based inexplicably in south London -- need a deputy editor.

British hardware trade B2B magazines need an editor. PEN international are looking for a magazine editor. Mining Communications need a financial editor, while another financial services magazine needs an editor.

Moving on... the BBC needs an assistant content producer.

And if you didn't check the Gorkana website over the weekend, you may as well do it now...

Another journalist meeting group is up on Craigslist -- they've got over 120 members so far, so maybe worth a look. Blows my mind -- aren't other journalists as networked out as I am?

hi Paula, good to hear you got a job! I'm sure the networking thingies are useful, especially for new people, which is why so many of them are fully booked all the time.

But any working jouros out there: why do you go to non-work related networking things?
